Underpinning/Piling

Typically our services include projects such as domestic extensions, new housing developments and commercial projects. Established in 1978 we have been providers of foundation solutions for all the major insurance companies, dealing with traditional underpinning for subsidence.  To include full superstructure reinstatement. 

Mini piling to deal with smaller contracts extensions, conservatories with poor ground conditions, infill sites, tree roots and tree protection, underground drainage, and sites with poor access.

Piling: We will design and install piles up to 350 mm diameter for new housing flats and commercial building to include ground beams and floor slabs.

Reinforced and raft foundations, pressure grouting, and voids to existing floors, retaining walls.  Pile and concreting ground beam design.
